April 2010

Easter Morning Lily ate her breakfast, endured a few pictures in her dress, and then discovered how to hunt for eggs, with help from the dog Daisy. Daisy would run by each of them with Lily not far behind. Lily figured out that she needed to put them in her basket. She was so dependent on Daisy finding them that she was just following the dog around the backyard. Daisy was a good leader in the hunting. Lily loved to find out what was inside the eggs...she found some of her favorite goodies, goldfish, yogos, fruit snacks, m&ms, and lucky charms. Mommy is on Spring Break from work so we are having a lot of mommy and me time. We go to the park, have wagon rides on the block, and watch Yo Gabba Gabba and the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Lily now runs to the playground when she sees it.

March 2010

We went to Tom's Farms off of the 15 freeway one hot March day. Lily wasn't too fond of the aggressive animals in the petting zoo. She didn't touch any of them, willingly. We watched the rides and walked around the pond. We bought some fine cheeses and goodies from the market there.

We have now entered the land of tantrums. Lily knows what she wants and if she doesn't get it this is the face we see...she looks like a mad scientist in one picture (just took out pigtails). She is too cute to stay mad at for long like when she plays IN her toybox.

February 2010

We took Lily to Laguna Beach, one of Mommy and Daddy's favorite places to visit, where there are little tide pools. She was a little too wobbly to navigate the slippery rocks so we stayed on the sand. We looked at birds, rocks, and the waves.

December 2009

We have definitely been blessed this year with family, friends, love and happiness. It has been joy to watch Lily grow. We love every minute and can't wait to see what's next.

We went up to the mountains on Christmas. We played in the snow. Lily loved it!

A few days after Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Jarman's house. We ate and opened presents.

Disneyland

We took Lily to Disneyland for her first time. She loved the Christmas Parade. She was waving at everyone, laughing and clapping with joy! We took her on Small World, Roger Rabbit, Pinnochio, the Carousel and the Nemo Submarine. We would have gone on more, but it was a chilly night and I had a cold that was getting worse. I wasn't going to miss Disneyland just because of a little cold. Special Thanks to Kariane for giving us the opportunity to enjoy Disneyland and for the holidays too!!!

November 2009

We've had a busy last few weeks.
We took Lily trick-or-treating to a few houses on the street. She had her first birthday, which she celebrated with Mommy and Daddy then had her party on the weekend.
She received a lot of clothes, baby dolls, a playground, wagon, and big teddy bear.

Daddy celebrated a birthday also. We just stayed home as a family. We were going to go to Disneyland, but Mommy and Lily were feeling under the weather. Too much excitement that we crashed on the big teddy bear. We've still got

the holidays coming up...can't wait.

October 2009

My sisters, nieces, nephew and parents went with us to our town's fall festival. We fed the animals in the petting zoo, we took a hay ride, pulled by a gigantic tractor. We launched corn, played games, watched the costume contests got a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. It was fun, but a hot 90 degrees. Lily started walking in August and said her first few words in September. She says "woof" whenever we talk about the dog or any dog. She says "daddy". And she can say "ball". She has been on quite a few auditions this summer and fall. She completed a Disney print ad so watch out for her picture on the back of toy packages and possibly a banner at Disneyland. Recently she has auditioned for a tv show on Discovery Health and for Gap. Bo and I attended a baseball fundraiser for our nephew Cole. It was a Halloween Party. Bo dressed up as Santa and I was Amy Winehouse. We are gearing up for the upcoming holidays and Lily's first birthday! Can't Wait!!!
