Lily's 2nd Birthday

We took Lily to Disneyland on her 2nd Birthday. She didn't know what to think of it, but was having a great time once her cousins showed up.
She went up and hugged all of the princesses.

Even though she knows who she is, I still think she's a little weary of "strangers".

Isn't this just so cute?!

Lily liked the "covered" characters from afar. She freaked out when Minnie and Goofy got close.

She was a little crabby at first, but she had a good time at "Mickey's House".

Lily wasn't too fond of the rides.

When her cousins arrived she ran up to Emma and wouldn't let go of her hand.

Lily definitely had a great time once her cousins showed up.

I don't mean to brag...but really there was no contest. I was shootin' lefty while holding Lily.

Halloween 2010

Lily did a great job saying "Trick or Treat" at the door and saying "Thank you" too. She would stare at the people afterwards like..."that's all I do?"

Lily just loves her cousins.

Lily's ears were too big for her head. They kept falling off. Mommy ended up wearing them most of the night.

The Minnie Mice

We attended Cole's Baseball Fundrasier Halloween Party again this year. Bo was a ham in his "skinny princess" costume. Do you see the embarrassment on my face? It got a lot of laughs, plus $50 first prize from the costume contest. You should have seen him break dance in that thing. He wore it again to another costume party and won 2nd place for the sexiest costume.
My friends supported my nephew Cole and came as well.
We had fun putting together our costumes...and yet none of us had ever been a girl scout before.

July to August 2010

Lily will be a big sister in April 2011. She doesn't quite get it yet, but she'll be a great big sister.

We adopted a friend for Daisy. His name is Duke. He's a 5 pound Chihuahua. They get along pretty well, they are both pretty competitive for toys and food though.

Cool baby.

I was a little scared on this bus ride.

I was digging my nails into mommy on the balloon ride. I finally had fun looking for daddy everytime we went around.

I went on the "choo choo train" with Mommy and Daddy at Knott's.

We went to Knott's Berry Farm for Daddy's company picnic again this year. It was hot!! I'd hate to be the guy in snoopy.

I love phones...so much that I'll climb on the counter to get them.

Irvine Park/Zoo 2010

Mommy and I went with Aunt Keri and Gwen to Irvine Regional Park where there is the Orange County Zoo.

I love my cousin.

Aunt Keri showed me the bears. There is one behind us in the back. We were looking at another one sleeping in the shade.

There I am in front of the Donkey's butt.

There was a vulture in the tree fanning out its wings and an eagle on the ground.

I brushed the goats. I didn't want to at first.

My cousin Gwen loved the goats...so I went in to see them again. All by myself this time.

Getting into things 2010

What a mess I like to make. Empty out things and get inside them....that's what I like best! First it was my toybox....then the shoe basket.

"Cheese"...there is nothing wrong with what I'm doing at all...

June 2010

Mommy is out from school and we are having fun.

I love my little pool.

I could play in this for hours.

Here we are at a water park for a friend's birthday...and Lily was clinging for dear life.

She was not liking the splashing water.

But she did love eating chips with this little boy....we're in trouble if she likes boys already.
