Julie's family came to visit and we went many places with them. We went to the Discovery Science Center this day.

We all tried out the bed of nails. Don't do if you have a sunburn. I learned the hard way.
The Science Center had a Mr. Potato Head exhibit so Lily got a souvenir. Callie loves to talk to it when she's having tummy time.

Mommy had a day off from the kiddos and went to Catalina Island with her friends. Here we are on the boat.
On the 4th of July we visited Bo's Grandma. Callie had a cold, but she was still smiling up a storm.
Every year on the 4th we attend a huge family reunion picnic. The kids always have fun with a pinata. This was the first year Lily had a whack at it.
Mommy was just taking photos of us lounging. 
When Callie's happy, she's really happy. But when she's upset, she's really upset.
It's amazing how her little smile can brighten my mood instantly.

We braved the beach again. Aunt Keri, Damon, Damon's friend, Gwen, Aunt Amy, Cole, Cole's friend, Emma and us. Callie's sleeping with Aunt Amy.
Cole and his friend dug for sand crabs and helped the girls hold them. Lily wasn't afraid, I was surprised.

Mommy and Daddy wanted to take a little vacation, but didn't want to be away from the kids too long, so we took them with us to Las Vegas and Grandma and Grandpa Gonzalez came along. We did things in the daytime with the kids and then Mommy and Daddy went out at night. 
We went to the Shark Reef Aquarium at the Mandalay Bay. Lily was shaking and scared at first, but she was facinated by the sharks.
Callie slept the whole time.
Grandma and Grandpa went to El Salvador for a month and half. We went to have a BBQ at their house when they returned.
We went to the Newport Pier with Aunt Amy and cousins Cole and Emma. Cole brought a friend and a cousin from the other side of their family. Lily was covered in sand. This picture was after we wiped some off, if you can imagine what it looked like before. She had a great time.
Needless to say...the bath was immediately after these photos!
We went to a birthday party at a jump warehouse. Lily actually went on them. There was an older girl there that was taking her on all of the bounce houses and obstacle courses. She came home worn out and raspberries on her elbows, but she had fun.
Lily started PeeWee Soccer. The kids are around 3 years old and its funny to watch. They don't really play games, but do a lot of drills to learn basics like dribbling and ball control. Lily is a little stubborn and doesn't want to do the activities, but she loves the tunnel at the end and the treat the coach gives the kids.
This is what she does when she doesn't want to do the drills. Crosses her arms and pouts. Mommy just got a photo that made it look like she was kicking the ball.
It just so happened that Aunt Keri, Uncle Stuart and Gwen were at Disneyland too. We saw them late in the afternoon and hung out for the rest of the day. Here we are watching the fireworks.
Uncle Stuart took Lily and Gwen on the teacups. Lily was smiling and laughing the whole time.
We went to Disneyland just because we wanted to.
We even took the baby on Small World. She was looking at all the bright colors
Dad was able to get work off to have a family fun day.
Lily looked at the castle and said, "I want to go in there."
The best part of Disneyland for Lily is meeting the fairies and the princesses. Here she is with Silvermist.
She wasn't too sure of the purple fairy, Vidia, because she is the villain in the first Tinkerbell movie.
Lily wanted to introduce all of the princesses to her baby sister.
She gave all of them a hug. She had a great time and she went on a lot of rides.

She doesn't mind her tummy time, but sometimes she just relaxes.

Lily took swim lessons for a month at an indoor pool. Daddy was forced to be in the water with Lily. There was no way Mommy was getting in a suit just after the baby was born. She's still a little afraid of the water, but Daddy was really good at letting go and really letting Lily see what the water was about. All she needs is more trips to the pool to practice.
