March 2011 part deux

Ready for sleep in the car ride home after a fun-filled night of playing with her cousins at Brandon and Damon's 16th birthday party. Lily's favorite place to eat is Target, which is super convenient for mommy.

Pink appears to be her favorite color. Where does she get it...I don't know. Mommy isn't a big fan of pink.

Now that Lily actually plays on the equipment we try to take her alot and yes she's wearing snow boots. Those are her favorites, plus she can put them on by herself, which helps pregnant mommy.

She's starting to get interested in picking out her clothes and jammies. She loves socks and anything princess or pink.

Cool kid.

It's written all over my face...can't wait for arrival.

We're always trying to get good photos of Lily for her agent, but mommy is a terrible photographer...it's a long and painful process sometimes.

Feb-Mar 2011

Lily started gymnastics in February. It really has given her strength and confidence, even if most of it climbing and jumping around. Before gymnastics she wouldn't do much at the playground and now she climbs on everything without fear. I try to catch my dogs in moments of companionship. I thought they only fought, but little did I know they actually cuddle on cold mornings, says Bo. He sees them when he leaves for work. I only see them near each other when they are sunbathing.

February 2011

Lily loves books. She even reads to her dolls. Playtime with Daddy is always fun. They're playing with a new Christmas toy from Grandpa Jarman. Aquadoodle...great invention...no mess and she loves it.

At Clark Regional Park in Fullerton, with Grandma Jarman, feeding the ducks. Lily got scared when they came at her. She later played in the sand with her sand toys at the playground.

We had a few weeks of great weather. We took advantage and went outside whenever we could, even if it was just to draw on the sidewalk in the front yard.

The only place she wants to take a bath is in Mommy and Daddy's big bath tub. Put a little tiny bit of bubble bath in and turn on the jets and its overflowin' with bubbles.

Julie's family was in town for Christmas and the cousins had a lot of fun together. Here we are visiting Laguna Beach tide pools. It was cold and windy. Mommy hates the wind, hence my fashionable look. Julie, Ali and Brielle are in the background. Lily liked to draw in the wet sand with a stick.

This is what she immediately did Christmas morning, even though there was a pile of presents just feet away. All the cousins, minus the one in my belly.

This is what makes me smile everyday.
I love watching her grow and learn.

This was right before we went to Disneyland on her 2nd birthday.

Lily's 2nd Birthday

We took Lily to Disneyland on her 2nd Birthday. She didn't know what to think of it, but was having a great time once her cousins showed up.
She went up and hugged all of the princesses.

Even though she knows who she is, I still think she's a little weary of "strangers".

Lily liked the "covered" characters from afar. She freaked out when Minnie and Goofy got close.

She was a little crabby at first, but she had a good time at "Mickey's House".

Lily wasn't too fond of the rides.

When her cousins arrived she ran up to Emma and wouldn't let go of her hand.

Lily definitely had a great time once her cousins showed up.

I don't mean to brag...but really there was no contest. I was shootin' lefty while holding Lily.
